RSS Lancers Reactor News Feed

Hello...
I would like to request that the staff at Lancers Reactor create an RSS news feed file for news on this site. If you are able to do this, then I imagine you could create such things as a Dashboard widget for people like me who use Macs and PC's. Unfortunately, I don't know much about RSS, so if you can, breif me on it? Thanks.
