http://www.nvu.com/ This is a really nice free Web Creation program originally for linux but now theres a windows version too.

Definatly worth trying out. It's not dreamweaver but it's pretty good.

50 Megs

Good for those starting a website. 50 megs of free storage. Problem is with ree acounts you only get .25 MB file sizes. Which is enough for a webpage. Just nt enough for music and movies >.<

i just found a great site for uploading media. (except for video)

multiply.com
with free accounts you can upload:
150 pictures a month (no matter what size. and unlimited bandwidth)
20 songs a month (no matter what size. and unlimited bandwidth)
30mb of video (unlimited bandwidth)

you can stream music/videos because it doesn't make people go through a process to download them, it give you the direct url. but it takes a little work to get the direct url of the images though.
