It 's just that the download you start is taking you to a webpage that your download manager can't handle, instead of requesting the file directly.
So disable Flashget and try again manually. Once the download starts you may be able to see the actual download URL (the real location of the file) and you may then try to stop the download and put that URL into Flashget to let it control the download. There may be a link on the page that says something like "if download doesn't start automatically then click this link".
If it still doesn't run in Flashget then you will have to let it download manually.
I use Getright, it seems better able to handle most downloads but there are still some I have to download manually.
