Need advise: what mod/server to play on?

Hailz!

I'm looking for some advise concerning the mods and servers. I played FL when it came out for a year, then quit now I'm back and got a few friends who would like to get into FL with me for a bit, but we would not want to waste our time =)
So what we are looking for is a stable server without lag for EU players and capable of handling 4-6 extra palyers any time, with a mod what has Star Wars spacecrafts and capital ships. Also we are not looking for an easy mod, where it takes a few days to have the best ships and equipment. We would like to RP and trade a lot, maybe PvP some, but don't wanna play on a hardcore PvP server - we are nice ppl and we do not like gankers and griefers =)

My mod is still in the works, however, I do have a version out for use. E-mail me if you are interested as we are looking for more players and more input on how to play on the server. We are looking to start a universal war and this is just in the beginning stages of thinking.
