Lan server commands

Hi all, I am a real old newbie, not to Freelancer so much as to how to modify a server game on a Lan so that you can change things like starting credits and such.

Can anyone let me know how it's done?

My sons and I like to play against each other and my youngest wants to be able to get a good ship at the start because he gets killed every time he takes on a mission and I just thought to give him a treat with extra cash at the start rather than giving him my cash in the game as he gets enough of my cash in real life

Your best bet is to get the Ioncross Server program that is listed here in the downloads section. With that program you can set how much cash your starting characters have, where they start at etc. There are also a few mods that can do the same thing plus change costumes, reps...etc

But the Ioncross is about the best overall one, it gives you more flexibility than the standard one that came with the game.
