hey where can i find a decent "Elite" shield for my coyote at least class 6 ?

What's a coyote (is it a modded ship)? You can find lvl6+ sheilds in Kusari/The Tau's and beyond (possible high-level IW's and maybe even the higher-level Bret systems in addition).
