rumors on freelancer 2

recently i was on line looking for new games like star lancer and stuff found a site in the search www.Freelancer2.com its in english on the front page and all attempts to contact the web master have failed

What you see on that site I do believe is a modification for Freelancer...
I think that the name of the MOD has been changed but apparently he didn't change the website...

I forget the persons name that was working on that MOD but I remember something about that some time ago...
