I want to know were i can buy the Rheinland Ships (System and Station/Planet)!

You can get the Humpback (freighter) and the Banshee (light fighter) from places like Stuttgart, Hamburg etc. but if you want the Valkryrie (heavy fighter) you'll have to go to the Battleship Westfalen in the Hamburg system. It's parked right next to the white planet, Kiel.
