Vanilla Freelancer?

Does Vanilla Freelancer mean that it's unmodded? Or is it a basic modded version??

Will do any work for food!

Vanilla is what they refer to as just the basic plain old game, no mods, no tweaks, no nothing.

Kinda like Ice Cream, the basic flavour is vanilla.
