If it is a news Item, you can attach it to an e-mail, or put it in the body of the e-mail. Your e-mail provider may have a limit to size that can be e-mailed. There was a FTP link some where on the forum to up load mod files. E-mail BP for more detailes, see the staff link on the home page, right side.

If you have a file and have either:
A) Zipped it up
Made it into FLMOD format (its a special "zip" file for FLMM)

Then simply, when you are writing the email - search for a button called "attach". You can add the file as an attachement, which will then upload and be sent with the email. Attachments are usually a link at either the bottom, or to the right hand side of most email clients.
If you are still uncertain, check your help file for your email client, and then search for attachments. There will be information upon how to create the attachments there.
