Alex MP[MOD v1.0 by Alex problem

i downloaded the Alex MP[MOD v1.0 by Alex and its been going fine but i ran into a problem. i cant continue the single player story mode because of how Tekagi's base is set up in this mod. has anybody else used this and had any problem like that -or- know how to fix it?

The best advise, it to e-mail the creator of the mod, in this case its Alex and his e-mail is [email protected] He would be more than likely to help you, and if this is a bug, he would neeed to know that as well.
