help with 3dmax error screen

hi all
i have just istaled 3dmax and Max6ExportMD3 and i am getting an error screen come up when i lornch 3dmax can any one help me or tell me it is stil ok to creat my moddle

the error says Max6ExportMD3 not initalized can you help pleas i followed the instruction to the letter

i think you need to look at your e-mail
of course me might be wrong but that is how i understand it
