Faction empathy

There was a thread on how to change the diffrent factions empathy but i cant find it
This thread that i read explained how to make everyone to like me but the xenos.
It had something to do with the empathy.ini file i think

Plz help me

You just need to make the empathy lvl of all faction to 0.5 and do the same with the Xenos faction.
