Mod Packaging:Custom ships

I have several million ship mods,but most of them arent compatible with one another,I have the mods already,most of them are on this site,anyhoo,if I sent the mods to smoeone,can anyone compile them into a mod package so I can run them all at once,or at least the ones that its possible to,I think most of the conflicts are ship sales.
