need help with placing hardpoints on these ships

Angel Fighter

Archangel Fighter
The things on the wings of both the angel as the archangel are no engins but ractors, the engines are in the back

Ancestor Fighter

Musqito Fighter


Midget Fighter


i made this ships with doga (i can export them via dfx file to milkshape)
but my problem is adding hardpoint especially those for engine thrusters
could somebody please help me

thats all nice & well but
how do i export to one of the necessairy file types
(yes i know use the plugin but this only causes crashes of milkshape

Yes, you need to complete your Materials before exporting. Please read my Tutorial, "How to Skin", in the 3D Modeling Forum before asking any more questions...

ok i can export now
but how do i add the hardpoints to a ship
the tutorial said selecting face ect...
i tried that but i cant succeed in selecting the right things
is there a utility that allows me to place the hardpoint without having to edit the 3model within its wireframe

i hit another snag as well

it shows the ship from the demo + my ancestor fighter to compare
my fighter is in the left bottom screen
its way to small
can i increase its size without having to start from zero

okay i found out how i can resize with the flmodeltool but i cant get the size correct

besides that i still wonder if i have to make new groups to create hardpoints
(so is there a way to add hardpoints, engines ect without having to add them to groups

Yes, questionasker posted a link to hardcmp, the super-easy way to edit and add hardpoints. Give it a shot!
