i've got a modded armored transport, but its -ähm like a ghost! You can see but don't hit it, not with lasers, not with missiles! What is the problem?

The sur file is probably missing.
Check that ship and you will find that who ever made the mod probably forgot to add a sur file for that ship.

right there is no .sur file! How to create it!

Use a sur file from another ship.
Try to pick one that is close to the size and shape of the ship you want use that is missing the sur file...
All you need to do is copy the sur file to the ship you want to use folder and then re-name the sur file for that ship...
