Freelancer Explorer

Hi All,
I am currently developing a MOD for a new set of systems and freelancer explorer is not being very helpful. Whenever i create a system it says it cannot find 'C:\TEMP' and then when it is reopened the system is gone. Can anyone with experience on this program help me out? Thanks.
