Someone with a good idea of factions wanted to fix non-comba

I've created some factions, and despite all advice I've been given from TLR, I can't get them to fight each other in a new system. I've tried for too long now, and I have to move on to other aspects of the mod. I depserately need someone to assist us with this. Maybe you could just put up the faction(s) sections of the .ini files you added them in here for all to see - and some passing genius will explain how to do it...
I'd guess that you'd just have to have them both as enemies to each other, and have encounter zones for them arranged so they will meet every once in awhile.

with your faction how many enemys does it have?
if it's only 1 then put the xenos and nomads as enemys (only if there a good faction)
and also make sure you got entrys in the test method, aka mpnewcharacter.fl, or m13.ini from OpenSP 1.1

after all this i'd might need to see the entrys if there still not killing.....
