Help me for finish my ships

Hi everybody
i have start to redesign some ships ... but i have some problem of scaling and texturing correctly ...
i have read every tutorial, but i must think i have two left hands !!!

i coudn't obtain what i want ..
if someone could help me, or trained me, or finish them ...
i want deliver those ships for the community ... and for the pleasure ...
i have 7 ships who waiting a planet to fly as soon as possible ...

hi ... you're the first .. thanks ..
i use milkshape .. but i could convert them to any format .. 3DS,OBJ , as you want ....
they are save at MS3D format for the moment ...

what r u trying to do with ur models?
im mean, asking one of the high profile modders like Chips of Harrier wouldnt work so well. always busy.
however, asking someone like Kitihawk or dark_agent343 whos (to me at least, no hard feelings) not so high profile and in demand would work. dont ask me, im not a ship modeler, texturer, modder, or anything like that. im just ur every day script cracker. all i do is modify what others do to suit my needs. usually personal needs. like with the Freeworlds mod i made the TIE Defender available at the start station and very cheap
i dont do hard stuff, but i got a lot of time to kill every day
