You grew up on New London, your family comfortabley middle classs. After you move out, you get a small place to live and some credits to live on. You go to the bar looking for a way to make some money. There are a number of options. There is a bounty hunter in a far off table you could go to. There is also a Train Ship captain, perhaps you could get a berth on his ship. Theres also a Bretonian Constable, maybe he has some work for you? Than again, you could always ask the bartender what he thinks.

"Bite my thrusters"

You suck in your stomach trying to look larger than you are as you slowly approach the bounty hunter from behind. You loudly clear your throat. The bounty hunter doenst turn around, but instead sips his ale more. "Whatdya want civie?" He asks. "Im no civvie" You reply. "Well your sure as heck dressed like one." Dressed? how could he know how im dressed, you think. "Im looking for work." You try and casually continue. "You look like someone good to start with." "Hmm. I suppose we could use a freelancer like you for a little bit. Ill get back too you. Im going to have to check up on you and all of course." "How could you do that, you dont even know my name?" "I said, illl get back to you." He grunts. "Youve obviosuly never learned the first rule of talking to a bounty hunter in a bar." You shake you head curiously. "No, im afraid not. Rule #one." he still doenst face you. "Never, ever, distrurb a bounty hunter when hes trying to have an ale." He grunts. "Now follow that rule. Well contact you later." the bounty hunter sips his drink again absentmndedly as you walk away."

You wake up the next morning after a night of sleep. You call for the lights in your room. Revealing the same bounty Hunter you saw in the bar sitting as if it were his room in your chair across the room. "I told you we'd contact you." He says with a smug look. Before you can ask him why hes here, he goes on. Explaing that if you want to get in the Guild, you must run some missions with them first.
