Ideas for Stories

These are Ideas I've come up with but don't have the courage/time/panache to pull them off. Take one and run with it. Please.

Who killed Edison Trent?

A backwards running story, starting with Trent’s funeral. Runs backward to his vicious murder by… Who?.... Goes further back to his inclusion in a plot to kill……………

Told by King in a 1930’s style perhaps?

The Triumph of the Xenos

Tired of being killed left and right in they’re rotten ships, Xeno R&D does something about it, the creation of a new Super Heavy Fighter. Plus a type of Antimatter missile that can destroy an entire battleship, or a city. The Xeno’s demand the Texas system be handed over to them.

Homecoming

300 years after the events of Freelancer. The great grand children of Trent and Juni embark on a grand journey leading to a star that’s shrouded in mystery, Sol. When they reach the Sol system, they find that the coalition splintered apart over the past millennia, and on the brink of a civil war.

Friend or Foe

When a strange, abandoned ship appears on the edge of the Sirius Sector, politicians and leaders will do anything to gain the information buried in its sensor banks. Perhaps it’s Dom Kavash, perhaps some other race, perhaps it’s not abandond….

Titles: no story….

Why Run When You Can Fly?

The Enemy of My Enemy

Out of Chaos

Sounds all cool somehow. Great ideas I would never have come up with.

Not going take one of them hence I am busy with my own ones, but just thought I would tell you what good ideas you got.

I think the Xeno one would be most interesting or the Friend or Foe thing, although a criminal story like your first suggestion also has something for itself.

The criminal story is just a type of writing one needs to be born for I think. Too much character plot and twist in it, but certainly interesting. If well done that is.

Hopefully someone will take one of it up.

Hey Chupa, I'd be more than happy to co-write one of these ideas with you if you want to give it a go.

Neuro, that would be cool...Except that right now I'm writing one, but I wont post it till I finish.

I've stopped to many times already.
