Short story: the destruction of the battleship warrior
It was just another escort mission, most were having a good drink in the bar.
"This is transport leader beta 3, we are ready to begin our journey through the nebula"
"roger that transport leader"
'over the worriors intercom'
"all crew, we are moving towards the nebula.Be on full alert."
The warrior and the group of five transports move into the nearby nebula.
3 hours later....
"Captain, we are reading something on our scanners, it seems to be a small group of unidentified warships"
'over intercom of the warrior and the transports'
All crew to battle stations, do not stop for anything, the transports will stay behind as the warrior breaks through their formation, then all transports will head at maximum speed towards the rondeavouz point."
The battleship fires all its weapons at the unknown vessels which swarm around it pounding it with plasma weapons and missiles, deck after deck aboard the warrior is breached as the transport accelerate past the battle to the rondeavouz.
'over the warriors intercom'
"all crew abandon ship, we need to get off of this ship!"
The aft section of the warrior explodes and the entire ship depressurises, the remains of the ship are destroyed.
30 mins after the unknown ships leave, 1 small escape pod moves towards calafornia minor....
This is probz real bad but it is ma first try.
