Adventures in TNG Sirus - OFF Story

Ok folks, there are 30 parts to the first installment. I'm posting them 5 per day at the moment. I can post more, or less, depending on your input.

As you can see if you are reading it, originally I welcomed others to write installments. Unfortunately, they apparently lost interest or decided to only read, as opposed to contribute. So there are a few more sections written by others. However, no one other than myself maintained the stamina.

If after this first chapter is posted you feel you would like to get into writing this with me, here are a few facts. It is based loosely in the TNG 1.7 universe (always been partial to that mod) but with the beauty of fiction, that can change at any moment... aka the Buck Rogers Syndrome (frozen by wonky life support systems, blown into a wonky orbit, Hawkinz returned to Sirus 500 years into the future... cue cheesy intro music)... You get the picture. So contact me or post IN THIS THREAD. New characters are extraordinarily easy to add in.

So remember, let me get these first 30 parts in because they are already written.

I would really appreciate a Mods help in keeping the story thread clean.

For the Record, I'm NOT the Hawkinz on the Bobway Evolutions Server.

I also want to make note that I play with Point of View a bit. Most of the time, the story will be written in the first person. However, certain sections are written from the third person to alter slightly the impression of those moments in the story. I could easily enough alter them to all be in the first person, but that would change the depth in a direction I am unwilling to go.

This is not to make things more confusing. Rather, to give you a view from inside the heads of other characters. Unless I slip up big time, portions in the third person involve information that you would not normally see. Unspoken thoughts, true motives, and realizations being a major part.

Will do. I will limit it to one per day.

What's the server, Captain Picard asked?

It WAS my server, Freeport GC Server03, when I was running TNG 1.7 (when everyone else was caught up in the TNG 2.x.x fury)

Due to inactivity, I've since used the server itself for other Freelancer mods.

Ok. That finishes up the parts I have so far.

Life intervened and I got distracted with a ton of other things. But I'm looking to get back into it. So I'm asking... should I bother?

I appreciate the feedback I got, but I suspect it was a bit overwhelming overall or just not all that interesting... else there might have been more feedback in this thread.

Again, to anyone who has been following this. Should I continue it?

I take that as a No.

Ok.
