Project Revolution

I decided not too long ago that I did not like the direction I was taking my fanfics. So I want you to forget all about Captured and Chaos Theory and insted focus on my new story titled Project Revolution. Forget that I ever had Lord Hakkura, Von Claussen, Orillion, Kress, Juni or King killed off. This story is as if Captured or Chaos Theory ever happened. I might even give you previews as to what future episodes will have eventually. But for now I just hope you enjoy the first chapter of Project Revolution. Feel free to post any comments or critisism you may have. So without furthur ado, I present Project Revolution.

Project Revolution Pt. 1

It had been nearly 2 years since the Nomad invasion of Sirius. Most people hadn't even known the Nomads ever existed, but there were a few exeptions. For the most part, life had gone on as normal for Trent and Juni, who now owned a home on planet Curacao. They had moved in with each other as friends at first, but for the first time in Trent’s life, he was starting to feel a special connection with Juni.

They had been living together for about six months when Juni’s parents had said they wanted her to visit them on Junyo. They had never been too fond of Trent, so her and Trent decided it best if he stayed behind.

Trent was dreaming of the first Nomad assault on Toledo when he heard a strange beeping sound. He opened his eyes to see the Neural Net Communicator watch flashing on his night stand. He groaned and rolled over and picked up the watch and a holographic image of Orillion appeared in front of him. “Trent-“, he said, sounding slightly nervous.

“Orillion, what’s going on, do you know what time it is?” Trent said without opening his eyes. He looked over and saw his clock flashing 3:37 AM SST.

“Trent, you know I wouldn’t call you at this time unless it was important. We’ve got a problem in West Leeds.” He said, his voice raising with alarm.

“What kind of problem?” Trent asked, still half asleep.

“A big one. You need to get to the Osiris as soon as possible. Tell Juni.” He said, unaware that she was not with him.

“Alright, I’ll do that, but she’s on Junyo right now. Where do we need to meet with the Osiris?” He asked, clearly on the verge of falling back asleep. All of the sudden he felt a sharp pain in his wrist.

“Ouch! What the hell?” Trent asked, now fully awake.

“Sorry Trent, but we felt like we needed to install a shocker in your NNC, now, back to the topic at hand. I can’t tell you the problem over the comms channel, but you need to meet the Osiris in the Galileo system near Padua base. We’ll uncloak when you get within our scanners.”

“OK, I’ll be there as soon as I can.” Trent said, only half meaning it. He pressed a button on the side of the watch and crawled out of bed.

He walked into the bathroom, opened the medicine drawer and put a “White Shine” strip on his tougher. Within seconds the strip had desolved and his teeth had become slightly brighter. He got dressed and walked out to his hanger where his ship was waiting.

He had grown tired of his Anubis and had bought a sleeker, more powerful Sabre from an auction not too long ago.
He eased the thrusters online and pulled his ship out of the hanger. The launch went off without a hitch.

He was almost to the Colorado Jumpgate when it hit him. Damn, I forgot to call Juni. He thought to himself. But he decided he would call when he got into Colorado. He was just about to engage the docking procedure when a strange light outside caught his attention. He turned to face it just as a large ship came into view. It looked as though it was made of metal, not that of a Nomad ship. The large black ship just stayed there. It was similar to a Liberty Battleship, but almost twenty times larger.

Just as he was about to turn away and flee from it, a strange blue beam caught his ship and pulled him back to the strange craft behind him. He tried to eject, but he found himself unable to move. He began to feel dizzy, his vision blurred, then, all went black……..

This is the end of Project Revolution Pt. 1
If you like this then look out for part 2, coming sometime soon.

P.S. Sorry if I have a few mispelled words, I couldn't use a very good spell check this time.

Nice opening. See you have decided to add more "romance" to the fanfics you are making. It was enjoying.

@Scout29: As for your first post, I was hoping to have my story as the first post on this topic, but it's no big deal. And thanks for the support. Part 2 might be up tomorrow, maybe.
