Planet Mallorca in Alpha has been terraformed. Colonies are being sent down to live on it.

Outcasts take Leeds!

Using most of the Navy, 20 Heavy Battleships and 50 Battleships, as well as tons of Rapiers and Claymores, we have taken Leeds. The whole population of Leeds has been left alone, and the Jumpgate to New London has remained open, but heavily guarded to allow supply ocnvoys from London to reach Leeds. LD-14 and Stokes Mining Station are now in use by us. Durham Border Station and Battleship York are guarding the New London Jump Gate, along with some of our own Navy. We now have a Jump Hole into Magellan,so conflict with Liberty is expected to come soon. For now it has been destabilised. Plans to take Dublin are also in effect.

Yes we agree for you to optain the realinement tech. It will be delivered abourd the new juggernaught "Judgment" which we are giving you as part of the agreement it will wait in new madrid for you to arrive. We also hope that we can trade many more technology but we should move this summit to the new madrid system away from the danger of this war.

Four Command Carriers have been completed. Also, 12 new battleships and 48 cruisers have been built. A new shipyard named San Diego shipyard has been completed in California.

FARMERS ALLIANCE MEMBERS ARRESTED
Today four FA members were killed and two arrested in a dogfight outside Ames Research Station. The FA men had come to Ames to buy supplies. When they entered the station, Liberty Navy High Command received an anonymous tip-off about them. When the Alliance members exited the station, they were intercepted by Liberty cruiser LNS Agamemnon and 20 Spartan VHFs. In a dogfight that ensued, four FA pilots were killed by Navy. Howewer, two Liberty Navy pilots, whose names have been witheld, lost their lives during the fight. Navy ships managed to disable two of the FA fighters, after which they were taken aboard the Agamemnon. The Alliance members have been taken to Leavingworth station for interrogation(OOC:The Leavingworth is in Alaska and no one but navy knows about Alaska so don't try anything)

ROCHESTER BASE DESTROYED!!!!!!!!!
Liberty Navy has begun a multi-stage operation against organized crime in Liberty. The operation, with intent of striking cardamine smuggling in Liberty, has been named Operation Swift Resolve. Today first stage of the operation, destruction of Rochester Junker Base, was undertaken by forces of Liberty navy. The fighter wings of battleship LNS Conqueror distracted the ships aboard Rochester, while 20 cloaking device-equipped Spartan VHF's of 55th Fighter Squadron sneaked to Rochester, and fired their Starkillers at the station. At least 200 fatalities resulted in the operation, and dozens of Junkers and Rogues were taken into custody.

MARTIAL LAW DECLARED
Martial Law has been declared in Liberty. Navy capital ships have been stationed in all jumpgates and hundreds of civilian ships have been taken temporarily into Navy use.

ATHENA DEPLOYED TO MAGELLAN.
The Liberty Command Carrier Athena, along with three battleships, 16 cruisers and several Protector-class anti-fighter ships and their fighter wings have been deployed to Magellan in reaction of Outcast takeover in Leeds system. Reinforcements are excepted soon.

Alliance criticises Junker Attack:
The Farmers Alliance is outraged at the navy's decision to attack Rochestor. It was a neutral ground everyone respected, no reason should have been made to attack Rochestor.

Another bombing of Synth Foods and Liberty Transports
Another bombing of Liberty convoys has been put into effect. All transports were blown to simetherrens. Until the Navy returns our men, we will step up the bombings. If bombing is unavaliable, we will torpedo the comvoys instead

Rhienland is devolping several new epaons, one can make a rfit to antoher system but i won't last forever. another can kill millions witha deadly virus. humanitrains are extermly agered about the use of the bio wepon

Leeds evacuated.

The population of Leeds was casuing problems for us to sustain, so we have evacutaed the whole population in 50 captured Trains. They have landed on planet New London.

Islay Summit moved to new Madrid.

The Hispania is on station in New Madrid.

Leeds Jumpgates realigned

With the new Corsair technology, Leeds's New London jump gate has been realigned. It now goes directly to Tau-29.

Lane Hackers evacuated from Mactan

With the Liberty buildup in Magellan, We have evacuated our allies, the Hackers, from Mactan base. they have been given Glasgow Outpost in Leeds. A small force is manning Mactan.

Loads of new Battleships have been built.

We need to come up with a new battle system. Most of the factions are now divided into the Rheinland-Outcast war.

Rhienland's war on crime.

Rhienland has decieded to make a move on The leeds system and is calling all our alliesto help. due to massive production we will have 14-19 battleships there and 8 wings of fighters. also the media thinks that cloaks and the dreaded bio-wep may be atempted to be used there. but no one knows were they are devolping it or when it will/is ready.

We are not sure about our bio-wep and we are asking if you have any people or bases to test it on.

This summit was suposed to be about an alliance but our spies inside liberty have picked up increasing activaty. We belive they plan to invade one of our systems soon. Yet we must have an alliance to stand against them. Here is our alliance proposale:
1) All partys share there technology and work together on new prodjects
2) All partys will support each other if there systems are invaded
3) We launch a joint offensive against our enemis now before they get us
So please tell me if you will sign the "Hispanic alliance" pact.
Also if you sign it please state what tecnology's you offer.
E.G. the corsairs offer:
Jump gate realigners
Advanced alien wepons
And a juggenaught for each of the alliance members

War plans:
We have developed war plans so while you are considering the alliance consider these:
1) we launch a two pronged offensive: The corsair 2nd fleet and the FA main battle force will take the newly constructed realingment gate( A gate theat can be reset at the push of a button) to New York and distract all the military forces by attacking the heart of sirius its self, manhatten. The outcast primary assault fleet and the RSF main combat battle group will then attack omacron theta when the forces pull back to defend new york. The holes and gates will then be locked and realigned and our forces in new york will retreat through the reallignment gate (It opens a two way jump tunnel).

Those are our plans if you have any we will gladly hear them

Rhienland Axis and Allies

Rheinland says now we are at a point of Axis and Allies. BHG,Liberty and Rhienland take the Title of Allies while Rhienland dubes the proposed Hispania allies the hipsania Axis due to there desire to take and control Siruis from lawful hands. Rhienland has no objection to murdering and testing weapons on prisnors of war. Some might say tht this is cruel and barbaric but Rhienland says you got to do what you got to do to win.

Rhienland Elite Guard!

The latest Group of Rhienland Pilots and Infantry has coome the elite guard. This group has existed for twenty years secretly training 500,000 Rhienlanders to fight. they have 10-20 year of training and combat experince and are the best Rhienland force made. So a fourth bas in Omicron Theta is being made for The Rhienland elite Guard. Rumors say that these are the men with the bio-Weapon.

Rhienland Warships? Battleships not good enough.
Rhienland has anouced a new prototype ship. thse cannot be classified as Battlships. They Are warships. much bigger and stronger with hyper cruise these beamoths are capable of mass dustruction. Some say that the three prototypes will fail and will never see combat but DSQrn sounds confiendent in them.

Rhienland Thrusters Upgraded?
Rumors are spread that Rhienland Ships now have thrusters capable of 700 Kp. Some pass this off as a rumor others say it is true. we won't know till we have pictures!

Rhienland hardpoints increased?
More rumors say that Rhienland ships are being modifyed to support twice as many guns. the goverment passes this off as arumor but others say they have seen the prodution.

Rhienland Expierments in Liberty?
Some people from liberty say that they think Rhienland is doing reasearch in liberty and that it may be hamful for space. Rhienland goverment deny's this.

New Madrid Summit

Spies have detected Rheinland plans to move in on our new system, Leeds. We cannot allow this, as we need the important mining faciltiies in Leeds, plus the Jump Hole Network that Leeds is. We ask for assistance in defending Leeds. Most of our navy is already there. For organizing your forces, we allocate Durham Border Station for the Corsairs, Glasgow Outpost for the RSF, and Battleship York for the Alliance. Thank you.

NEWS

Fort MASSIF built in Leeds.

Living up to its name, Fort MASSIF is being built next to Planet Leeds. When completed, it will make the planet indestructible. Fort MASSIF is the largest Fort yet, with 1000 Lasers, 200 Missiles and 50 Torpedos. It can be set to destroy all enemies, or in an emergency, destroy everything in system. This mode could be used if the system was evacuated. All weapons would fire consantly in all directions.

Planet Mallorca Shipyards Being Built

The newly terraformed Planet Mallorca (its next to Malta, next time you visit Alpha) will be home to a huge shipyard, constructing Conqueror class ABB Battleships. These will be Anti-Battleship Battleships. They will have one main armament, a forward gun shooting a massive laser of immense power, enough to kill a battleship with one shot. The ships will have a few missile and laser turrets, but they will need to be protected by Rapiers and other Ships.
