Of late there have been a few people asking for help with the SUR Exporter, this LINK is to a set of my files that will allow you to see just what is required. Using the exporter is simple enough, it's the amount of work that has to go into 2 models that detemines wether it will work or not.

This isn't a tutorial as it would need to be a heavy weight to teach you how to model for Freelancer rather than the basic modelling most of you do.
