Need some advice

Since I did not get a response to my first post, I ask again.
Does anyone know of a tutorial on editing planet/cityscapes?
Any assistance would be much appreciated in this subject.

Thanks, I have also been looking for a way to possible change the scene to a differnt style. If it is not possible then a tutorial on how to do it from scratch would help.
