Did someone say Macross?

Well, you asked and here is it is, a start to a macross based fighter.

there is no textures yet, and is a prelim model. But not to bad for only 497 polygons.

That's pretty cute for the polycount. I'd like to see a really nice one @ about 4000... you could make one that was pro quality at that count, and the FL engine will still be happy

I really like the alien ships, though- they have a lot more character. Don't get me wrong- I think Valks kick butt- but they're just F-14s with bad attitudes

i know you prefer the alien ones, but valks are my preference, as the F-14 Tomcat is my all time favourite fighter. Of which i hav ea 6K poly version, hehe.

i am currently looking threw the pics on that site and plan on making more of the designs or variants of them as time goes by. this one still needs a allot of work to it, this is just basic shaping at htis moment, altho i will probably texture it the way it is and then mesh out a higher detailed version later.
