I did some hard work to ensure that I'm neutral to all Librety-based criminals through the Xeno method. When I left Montezuma someone ordered me to drop my gold shipment. Naturally, I refused and ran back to Manhattan. Now, normally, I go back after basing and all is fine. But this time, their still pissed. The base was still hostile too. Was it because they got mad at me in front of the base, and the base didn't forget? I can still travel to Buffalo or Mactan, but I don't know why, or how long Montezuma will stay like this. Anyone know why?
