POLL: Starship average

When I ask you here what is your favorite starship, I mean the average for looks, statistics and price.
Even if IMO Bloodhound is THE ugly ship, it has great stats for level 2 ship. Some arsekicking ships aren't just worth the carts of money you pay for them! Why would I buy a Baracuda for 70k if I can get a Crusader for 50K?
So, what's your fav. starship?

until i get motivated enough to become neutral with the corsairs so i can try a dromedary the drone is my freighter of choice.

Dromedary Frieghter. 3 Guns/5 Turrets. 285 Cargo Space. (Most Cargo Space?).

Maxes out at level 6 tech, but for a level 10-20 character it's all you need to earn credits in the SP.

A Frieghter?!!! Well, yes. Dogfighting in Freelancer is pretty much like driving in rush hour traffic with a Mouse, but Turretfighting can be pretty spectacular and a thing of beauty....... so no fighters unless required by one of those very linear SP missions.

Anyway, the Dromedary takes a licking and keeps on kicking. A real blockade runner with the right shields and equipment. I have been attacked by 15 fighters and heavy fighters in it and taken them all down. Running is never in option in a frieghter, very suseptible to cruise missiles.

Getting the Dromedary is tricky. Keep looking for it while on the SP main quest, then you can go back for it if the faction likes you at level 10, but getting there and getting out with it is another matter. Seems like buying it triggers the "multiple waves of fighters without end" in the area. It can be done to be sure tho.
