Freelancer in Windowed mode

How do you run Freelancer in Windowed mode as opposed to Full Screen mode?

For obvious reasons, to work and play at the same time. The main reason is because because I'm creating a trade route list and it continually needs updating and to do this I constantly have to Alt-Tab out of Freelancer. Having it windowed would be so much easier and quicker. And because Freelancer hardly even touches the performance limits of my system there would be hardly any noticable loss in performance.
