Lane Hackers are criminals so you will most likely find someone to bribe on stations of other criminals. Try to find a Junkers base for example or a base of some other criminal faction that is at least neutral with you. Or you could check the reputation table and look up who the Lane Hackers are allied with. Sooner or later you should find someone who's willing to hack your reputation with the lane hackers.

Yup, the only way to do it, really, is to find allies of the factions in bars who will hack your rep for some money. Unfortunately, this decreases your standinds with the "good" factions. There really isn't much reason to get your rep up with criminal factions, though since unless the only thing you do for money is trade, eventually you'll have to fight some of your allies in a random mission. Just about the only pirate factions really worth having a good rep with are the Corsairs and Dragons, since it lets you into their bases and planets (especially the Corsairs) to buy the cool stuff and ships they have.
