Mounting Weapons

How do i mount a weapon from cargo to ship? I know i have to have a free spot for it and i see the unlock icon but can't move it to an empty weapons spot.

Press the Unlock Icon to Lock it. It will move to the right spot automatically if an appropriate slot is available.

the unlock button is in the upper left corner of the item "box" (by the item's picture)
