Freelancer Soundtrack?

To TLR : any word on whether a Freelancer soundtrack will be available on CD?

To DA : if there aren't any plans to yet, how about it?

To everyone else : anyone who'd like to see DA/MS release a soundtrack for FL say 'aye'!

go to your \Freelancer\DATA\AUDIO\MUSIC

open the files in media player... you can burn them onto a CD from there.

I personally liked some of the music, but not enough to warrent a soundtrack... I liked the Metroid Prime music much more.

Bah, Metroid Prime is overrated.

But thanks for the info on where to find the music files. After listening to them, though, I think I'd rather have an official release of extended versions of some of the songs. For instance, I really like the tracks played while landing on Honshu and Kyushu, and would really love to listen to extended versions of those. Also the Blade Runner-esque tracks.

Thx dude. I knew that the music was in mp3 format. BUT, this probably will cause copyright protection problems with such advice.

I personally think Starlancer had the best music of any video game I've ever played. I thought Freelancer's was just okay. Not enough to have a soundtrack =)

Soundtrack for me please! I was blown away by the mission victory theme and the music that is played when the Order attacks the Donau at the beginning. I want more of that!
