Question about AI behavior (sp??)

Killing time till my copy arrives

I've noticed that the AI wont use nano's or shield batteries at all on the demo, even if you have blasted him till he is burning up.

Do the more advanced ai levels use them?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die.

No, the AI remains just as dumb, but at the end of the plot it's not unusal to be outnumbered 20:1, so it evens out.

Its a lot harder if you don't use shield bots yourself

Considering every AI will stop attacking light fighters and head straight towards you in an attempt to suicide-run your titan, it's kind of a relief.
