Campaign contains about 50 or so missions while there are almost unlimited random missions.

Umm... I think that's wrong, granted I haven't finished the single player storyline yet, but there is a maximum of 13 missions I believe from what I've read from reviews and interviews from the developers...

There are random missions, which certainly increase the value, however, there're basically the same missions, just with different ships you gotta kill this time...

But the funny thing is, I've never had so much fun doing those same missions over and over again...

One thing though that they totally missed out on , in my opinion, was not adding convoy missions, man that's almost a staple in any space shooter you play...

I finished the story missions last wednesday and there are 13 big missions (with story) and the game is finished at level 17, if you take the juni missions whenever possible.
but the worst about the game is, that juni does not marry trent, neither kiss him, nothing.

I do think there are more than 13 story line missions. Granted I dod not count as I was more into the story than being concerned with quantity.

However I do agree that I will be playing this game for some time to come. So what you go here and kill that. Its all fun! It requires no more thought than jump into your ship after a hard days work, blow some stuff up and have fun!

I honestly do not know what some people are complaining about. This is a great game! I guess you cannot make all the people happy all the time.
