Hello All,

First off, I would like to say, that I have been lurking for about 2 months now, and found this Website/Forum to be very informative and well written. Like most here, I have eagerly anticipating this day when Freelancer would finally be released. Well all I can say is good things come to those who wait. Freelancer has been a long time coming, and after reading all the negative comments here, all I can say is, if you don't like the game, don't play it. The game is awesome, and I look forward to exploring and posting here, sharing what I can and learning from the people here.
Last night at EB games I was lucky enough to get the last copy. They were sold out by 3:00pm.

Thank you for the wonderful resource that is Lancers Reactor, It has helped with the long wait for this great game.

I only just got round to playing the demo a couple of days ago, I ended up playing it until 2 am! (drunk which is usual for me).

Oh well, hope you enjoy it, only just ordered an import (i live in the UK). Fingers crossed heh.

I too got mine yesterday.. good thing I sent my ither half in early, there wasnt many left when she got there.

Makes me wonder if there was just that many people buying it, or the stores didnt request alot of copies..

Either way im in and loving it.. Stayed up a bit too late last night and am pounding coffee at my desk today
