how do you lane hack?? and how do you do the treatening them to drop cargo thing and how do you interupt lanes?

I've never actually tried this myself but you interupt the lanes by shooting them out of commision. Unfortunately you can't ask NPC's to drop thier cargo you just blast them until they drop it or explode.

I don't really run this place but I have an understanding with the people who do.

on each ring there is 4 little things that shoot that energy ring thing looking when someone uses it. shoot one of them til the blue bar goes all the way down, it will be temporarily disabled and anything going through the ring willbe stopped there.
