Hail All!

Well, the votes are in...

FreeLancer apparently ROCKS!

That is, it has passed the BIGGEST TEST...I keep clicking on the Demo Icon and playing it hours on end even though I have NOTHING left to do in the Demo at all!

So, it has somehow worked it's way into my subconcious thought and has me craving it as a fiend craves a hit.

So, it's Official --at least to me--,
FREELANCER ROCKS!

I now return you to your regularly scheduled argument.

"And what have I done to cause trouble? I tried to discuss this game in a very calm and rational manner. I descibed the games strenghts and weaknesses, and explained why I felt that way. I did not attack anyone. The only ones abusing people here are the mods and the regulars. It almost seems to be a sect-like atmosphere here, where no one is allowed to have a view that isn't that of the moderators.

It will be a great game....if the demo gets you that excited..I am sure you will love the full game...thats how I feel atleast. I have played a lot of demos...and 90% of the time my conclusion is...not my game...not bad..but still not my kind of game. Then along comes the Freelancer demo...oh yeah!!!!...got to have this game!!

good thing freelancer had a good demo lots of demos suck and then u hate the full game that actually rocks ( i hated oni demo but i love the full version)

I agree wth the topic starter. Ive played the demo for about 18 hours. Thats almost twice as long as it took me to beat Unreal 2. This game has so much replay value it hurts my mind.

i used the the neg worth whino file, and have been playing o something along the lines of 50 something hours now. is this maybe too much?

LOL, just on a demo? You FREAKS!

Maybe Microsoft could just have sold the demo as the full game and call the full game Freelancer 2

Actually I have spent every free hour I've had playing the demo. I've probably spent close to 25 hours just goofing around trying different things out.
