Saving Multiplayer possesions?

When the game is released(next week, thank god) can you save your possesions you acquire in a multiplayer game(i.e.-Ships, credits, guns, ect...)? So that you dont have to start all over again next time you sign on to play?

And also, If your ship is destroyed, what will happen to you? Will you have to start all over again?!

Welcome to the boards Captain.

Nope, gotta start over. Different versions if you're using the PR release. If you're killed carrying cargo, you can respawn, but you'll lose the cargo.

Boscoe,

I think what he means is that if a person is playing on "Server X" for three hours and gets a good ship, good guns, and loads of cash, then logs off for a while will he have to start all over from scratch when he logs back into that same server ten hours later, or will he still have what he earned in the last session.

As far as I understand the server does save such player info from session to session.
And, if it doesn't then I think multi-player gaming with FL will be sorely disappointing.

And, while I have your attention, perhaps you can answer this small question for me as well...

In multiplayer, if "Player x" sells a load of, lets say, guns to a base/planet/station are those "guns" deleted from the game, or are they added to that bases inventory and able to be bought later by another player visiting that shop?

Thanks in advance for any answer you can give.

Fly well,

PD

"And what have I done to cause trouble? I tried to discuss this game in a very calm and rational manner. I descibed the games strenghts and weaknesses, and explained why I felt that way. I did not attack anyone. The only ones abusing people here are the mods and the regulars. It almost seems to be a sect-like atmosphere here, where no one is allowed to have a view that isn't that of the moderators.

Anyway if you want to discuss this more feel free to e-mail me. "

Hey Heretic, not to be overly picky, but Rouge is not how you spell Rogue. Rouge is a color common in makeup see below
(not trying to be mean, but being as my tag is Rogueone, I find people mistakenly try to spell it rougeone at times, so I have an active interest in people spelling rogue correctly, hehe)

Rogue ( P ) Pronunciation Key (rog)
n.
An unprincipled, deceitful, and unreliable person; a scoundrel or rascal.
One who is playfully mischievous; a scamp.
A wandering beggar; a vagrant.
A vicious and solitary animal, especially an elephant that has separated itself from its herd.
An organism, especially a plant, that shows an undesirable variation from a standard.

Rouge ( P ) Pronunciation Key (roozh)
n.
A red or pink cosmetic for coloring the cheeks or lips.
A reddish powder, chiefly ferric oxide, used to polish metals or glass.

RogueOne
