So in another words, I'll be the only pirate in the Sirus Sector that actually will shoot at Freighters for their cargo, and not because they have a bad reputation with me.

In other words I will be the only pirate. All others are just killing for becuase they don't like somebody.

actually, some do pirate you while others just hate you. some will hail you and ask for cargo, and a menu will appear. if you jettison what they ask for (usually what you have most of), then they don't fire at you, but if you dont jettison, then theya re forced to take it

Youll see pirates attack freighters. Just make sure you're not an enemy to them cuz they'll divert their attention to you.

Now thats what I wanted to hear. I am now glad that there is a chance of me losing money on a cargo run. So if I feel like that I am out numbered and many not win, then I'll jettison my cargo. Then I'll trade in my freighter for the best fighter I can afford, and then search and destroy the pirates and maybe get my cargo. That would be so cool.

i was a rhino and an enemy of both of the rouges and the police at the same time. i was just crusieing near a trade lane when i shot and disrupted it. then rouges came after the police got outta the trade lane..............man did that suck. thank god for adv freighter sheilds (class 2)
