Can you get the huge frieghters that are carrying like 500,000 units of cargo?

Nope, those aren't player-pilotable. The biggest player freighter is the Dromedary, which can hold 275 cargo units. Sorry, but if you could hold as much as the NPC Transports and Trains, you'd be rich from one cargo run

you will be rich easy.. but not 1 run.. since you dont have enough money to fill up that 800k space.. hehehe ;p
