Can you make demands like to the rouges and outcast do to drop there cargo? and stuff

Even though there gone i will carry on there ideas in freelancer LONG LIVE THE COALITION

You can do that in Mulitplayer, where you can threaten other human players

I think it's a lot simpler just to blow ships away and tractor in their cargo.

Nah, there's no incentive to give players money right now unless you're carrying cargo, there should be some more severe penalties for being PKed though I think.
