Can you become friendly to rouges in the demo? i found one of there bases and i wanna take some of there missions/

Even though there gone i will carry on there ideas in freelancer LONG LIVE THE COALITION

I dont think so in the demo cuase u do a lot of rouge wooping

As I've written in this ("Some problem with rogue...(demo)") thread, you can get neutral with rogues quite easily (just blast away at Xenos, Police etc). Hard part is getting them to friendly, but I'm currently trying to get to that also (without memory hacking )

My tecnique is to use the nav map, and find all friendly patrol routs and join them. Then when you are in the middle of nowhere, blast away. Keep it up until all the friendly patrol routes are gone, and everyone will be neutral for you. Then go out and explore, it's interesting to say the least.
