Specs on new Freelancer MP3s

What are the specs of the posted Freelancer MP3s? What's the bit rate? Is the bit rate variable, constant or average? Which program did you use?

(I prefer converting .wav to .mp3 by using RazorLame with the archive quality setting).

They do have a variable bitrate ranging from 160 to 224 kbit (179 VBR).
