The mods and some of the regulars (not including me) have played the PR beta and the offcial beta (with NDA). The NDA got lifted on certain areas so they are allowed to answer almost any question. And Tach, he's just a FL-guru

I think what most people don't understand is that the TLR staff DOES interact w/ the developers. They aren't just talking out their butts... they ARE "plugged in".

Yup, all made up...there actually really is no Freelancer, all the beta testers are MS employees hired to generate hype for this game and make up stuff as they go...that is why sometimes this game seems "Too good to be true", but the real Freelancer wont come out till August 2004.

Yeah, I noticed that too. When I preordered my game all they did is take my name and phone number and give me a receipt

I have to say, as soon as I saw the preview of freelancer on tech tv's extended play in october, I was hooked. Furthermore, after finding your site and reading everything I could get my mouse on about freelancer, I really have to commend you guys for making this site as great as it is. You have answered everyone of my questions and I have no doubts that preordering this game was the best decision that I have made. Keep up the good work and I hope to see all of you in the MP. Now I have to go and bug my roomate into buying this game some more so we can start our own trading company and make millions of credits so I can buy better ships so we can trade for some more money so I can make millions of credits so I can.......Oh my god I have gone blind again.
