Welcome Wraith....Yes, I play Battlezone 1 and 2. We DVX'ers were a big part of the Battlezone universe when it was bigtime. I still play every once in a while. As the Game magazine put it: Battlezone, the best game nobody bought. It was way ahead of it's time.

Welcome to all. For the question concerning 56k modems, the initial news is good for you. One of the beta testers says that FL looks to only require a 3KB download rate and a 1KB upload, which would place it in the range of most 56kers. It might even put in my cable's speed as a server...we'll have to see.
