Also, you start out with some factions bad, so you can't raise those without getting other people pissed at you. As far as I can tell, getting everyone neutral with you is impossible.

It is not possible to have positive with everyone. When you have positive with a certain group, your reputation goes down with all enemies of that group. So Liberty Military reputation will decrease Rogues, Order, stuff like that.

it would be interesting to see if you could be positive with all factions. but on the other hand, it would certainly make for boring flying.. everyone so freindly... everything so peaceful.... #$%& that!!! KILL EVERYONE!
