Hola! Just before the thread in which it was mentioned was locked someone mentioned a "Joystick Patch".

Can someone please confirm this and confirm that it is working? Someone who has actually played the game? There are so many rumors flying that I want to hear it firsthand from someone who has actually done it firsthand.
