Do you mean an automated distress call where you press F8 or something and it sends it out to all your friends/allies. And is it like actual e-mail where it is sent in real-time or just sent during the game while your allies are online. Cause there is a chat fuction that you could ask your friends for help.

NO you would be flying from point a to b you would turn on your E mail reciever
and recieve incoming destress calls as above, you then had to make a decisoin
whether to go help the persnon sending out the destress call or not.in one case you helped a cowboy type of charcter and he gave you some awsome guns at his home.Somtimes u just got cash,sometimes you died.trying to help people.

Ahhh I get you. I dont think there will be but lets hope so.

Belive - you will hear if anybody near you get's attacked There is lots of chatter happening while you fly!

What about in MP and it is a human player being attecked? Is there any radio chatter from them to alert you? Or any way of calling for help?

you'll usually hear something like "I'm attacking *nameoftarget*".
If it's something like Freelancer, then it's a player.
also, a player can call for help, using the chat feature.. but i'm affraid, no one-button helpcall, at none i know of
